Abarth 695 Competizione – ‘street legal’ racing car

The 140mph Abarth 695 Competizione – a ‘street legal’ 2 seater racing car… ideal for track days.

The Abarth 695 Competizione, launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011, is a road going version of the Abarth 500 Assetto Corsa racing car and appears in Grigio Competizione Opaco livery with special 695 Competizione graphics. Features include aerodynamic pack, Xenon headlights, 17″ rims (same as the Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari) and race inspired suspension and Brembo brakes. The 1.4L Turbo T-Jet 16v engine has been upgraded; now pumping out more than 180 HP…  giving a maximum speed of 225 kph and acceleration from 0 to 100 in 7 seconds. As you would expect from a road legal race car the interior is stripped and ready for some track action – ‘Abarth Corsa by Sabelt’ seats in black leather with Alcantara red inserts, carbon fibre everywhere and the steering wheel complete with 5 speed Abarth Competizione gearshift paddles. Finished off with the roll bar there is little else you need to take to the track!
